To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃畢冷盤,移師至熱食大盤區繼續享受。餐廳以「東南亞風味」作主題,不難發現相關美食的芳蹤。沙嗲串燒炸蝦餅是做得比預期佳的泰式食品,尤其是雞肉串燒,燒得一點也不乾,口感細嫩。炸蝦餅也擁有外脆內彈的香口食感,少吃一件相當滋味。

冬蔭功湯是餐廳的招牌推介,輕唊一口,能輕易感受到甜酸辣三種味道。湯汁的甜味源自海鮮大蝦,酸辣味道來自不同的香料。相比坊間的冬蔭功湯,這碗湯品的辣度剛勁,但仍在可接受範圍內,對於追求地道風味的朋友,這個味道可能更吸引。

燒牛肉是小編另一必吃項目。餐廳選用美國肉眼扒,肉味都算不錯。從切面肉色看來,整件肉眼燒得比較熟,肉汁相對少,口感較預期韌了少許。

來到飯餐的末段,目標鎖定在甜品身上。除一般蛋糕凍杯外,餐廳安排了很多特色甜品,如斑蘭蛋糕、榴槤芝士餅及雪糕等等。對於小朋友而言,朱古力噴泉及 candy corner 最吸引;對小編來說,則對 Mövenpick 雪糕最感興趣,尤其有即製的「窩夫雪糕杯」作點綴,格外富吸引力。
