To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路過屋企附近的冰室竟然有All day breakfast，價錢又唔貴。於是同朋友一起入去食一個假日午餐。店內的裝修也很骨子，牆上全是明星的祝福語及簽名，看來這間是一間頗出名的餐廳。侍應很Nice細心地給我們選擇座位。朋友選了常餐而我便選了東南亞風味All Day Breakfasts 😋常餐的雞扒金邊粉十分惹味足料，金邊粉煮的恰到好處，爽滑有彈性。加＄5轉了一個奶油脆朱包，大大個好低食，滑蛋煮得十分嫩滑。ADB材料都好豐富：有蒜泥牛油雞翼、香茅豬扒、咖央多士、長長脆皮腸、超級滑蛋、薯條、酸青瓜、燒蕃茄。新加坡風味的咖央多士，烘得鬆脆～蒜泥牛油雞翼原來是辛辣的，夠曬刺激。滑蛋及薯條份量足，香茅豬扒十分入味又juicy~和酸青瓜一起吃平衡油膩感連飲品＄88十分超值
