今晚和家人吃晚飯,選址灣仔的東園酒家。見它開業多年但還未光顧過,今晚就試試它。晚菜每位$12花生每碟 $15點了《欖梅砵仔骨 $98》欖梅爆香付整體味道帶甜,炸得香脆惹味,賣相似乾身但其實咬開會發現肉嫩而且仍有肉汁,惹味。$268 三寶精選:金牌脆皮吊燒雞 半隻雞皮燒得黃金油潤,雞不算肥美多肉,因為走地雞通常都是瘦瘦的,肉嫩,蘸上淮鹽和豉油可提味。枝竹斑腩煲 石斑大件,肉算多而且滑嫩,獻汁濃度剛好但汁太多,有點膩。鮮菌浸時蔬蒜香湯汁清潤,生菜新鮮爽甜,比起炒菜我更喜歡這類湯品菜式。最後更有紅/綠糖水附送,此舉的確會令食客感覺良好。
