To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在東大街如果想吃拉麵，首選都是八雲，因為價錢可接受，味道又不太差，之前試過對面的，食完一次你不會想再幫襯，因為味道配不上價錢。始終顧客是有選擇權的，有選擇、有比較自然懂得取捨。兩個人各自點了一個一人餐，包一碗拉麵和一客小食，價錢$108，如果只點一碗拉麵，價錢大約$70-80。泡菜拉麵惹味、香葱拉麵有好多葱絲鋪面不錯，跟麵的叉燒算厚身不過就有點碎，不是一大片的款式，小吃雞軟骨串燒都OK的，另外枱面放有熟蛋給客人享用，可惜是凍的。如果想吃拉麵又不想跨區，八雲是一個好選擇，他還有定食、串燒下次可以試試。
