To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

東大街一向食店多~xx魚蛋粉~米芝蓮一星~食店雲集~最近還新了一間拉麵店~不容錯過...而食後感覺真的不懶!!是可以繼續幫襯的店!!很喜歡吃蟹腳~~所以一看到餐牌就敗給那些蟹腳~深深吸引~哈~不像是壽司那種麵粉蟹腳~是跟真蟹腳有像的那種口感!!更正!拉麵彈牙~湯底濃郁~set還可以選小食~order左餃子~超豐滿的餃子!!!(原來係自家製)好特別的綽頭!!雞蛋全日無料供應~聽老闆娘說這是跟日本新開張的店的做法^^小小的店~由老闆親自煮理!!有heart~這樣的店才不會像集團公式化!有4人梳化位~也有麵檔位~舒服!!一分價錢一分貨!!絕對物有所值!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
