海港城｜華麗設計名廚呈獻精緻佳饌Hooray TGIF🥳星期五放工來到海港城，四樓的「花圖」餐廳一下就吸引了我，餐廳門面接待處的裝潢打破中餐廳的傳統印象，巧妙地融合了英式古典風格，處處呈現獨具匠心。🍽️ 前菜桂花百合山藥&酒糟醉雞卷山藥切成長條狀和桂花香清新怡人，非常開胃。酒糟醉雞卷富有酒糟的香味和醇厚感，中間加入黑木耳和紅蘿蔔🥕的搭配，營養豐富之外還增加了清脆的口感🍽️頭盤：花圖和牛寶盒擺盤小巧精緻，和牛味道濃郁🫕爵士湯&杏汁豬肺湯爵士湯是花圖推介，兩個小獅子湯盅好有特色，湯用龍蝦湯做湯底，加上蜜瓜、響螺頭、豬𦟌煲成，入口陣陣清香果甜味，杏汁白肺湯里有大塊花膠，超好飲呀！三款甜品：紫醉金迷、宮廷玉璽，特別推介舞春風（椰汁官燕），椰汁和燕窩分開上，可以看到燕窩滿滿的，徐徐澆上椰汁，养颜滋补、入口香醇甘甜柔滑🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
