To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

德福呢間美心food square，長期都咁多人，好似食堂咁。有日早餐時段經過，就快快趣趣食咗個早餐。3.7牛乳炒滑蛋早餐（連熱飲$34）呢個餐有3.7牛乳炒滑蛋，叉燒忌廉濃湯意粉，煎火腿同牛油方包。咁嘅組合好易令人諗起澳洲牛奶公司嘅早餐配搭，可惜嘅係樣樣都係一般，變咗唔抄好過抄。炒蛋麻麻地滑，火腿同方包係來貨冇得好評價，嗰碗湯意粉個湯底好鹹，我食左一半就放棄了。唯一可取係杯熱奶茶都幾香，但總括黎講呢個早餐唔係好值，下次我寧願淨係叫杯熱奶茶就算了。呢度位置咁好，人流咁多，但應該都要監管好食物質素。
