今年新年試左東海堂蘿蔔糕同埋芋頭糕。一直以黎覺得其實食糕,最怕就係成口粉,食過粉既比例比較多既糕,食完真係個喉嚨都乾埋,係好易煎,唔易散,但粉多糕就硬,咬落口感都會差。今次東海堂既糕,岩岩就相反,粉好少,料頭比較多。個芋頭糕,似食緊芋頭多D,夠晒足料,煎都好易散晒。而蘿蔔糕都差唔多,蘿蔔夠晒足料,但就唔夠粉,好難將材料黏貼埋呈一件糕型。
