To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完大澳， 夜晚出返去東涌食晚餐， 但東薈城完全是人山人海。 唔想同人逼， 其實行遠啲， 穿過東薈城嘅盡頭，行過長天橋，有一個隱世嘅海堤灣畔， 呢間餐廳就喺個度。環境唔錯之餘，氣氛亦很好，夠哂chill🍻，仲有戶外位可以食水煙。價錢抵食而食物亦非常有驚喜，味道甚佳。先黎飲杯Hoegaarden 🍕Prosciutto E Rucola Pizza有Parma ham, mozzarella, 番茄等配料，配上san marzano 醬汁，有番咁上下邪惡，當然係好食，唯一略嫌pizza烤得不夠脆🥘Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli另一邪惡之選，份量十足， 菠菜芝士雲吞非常creamy，勁好味，明知好肥但真係忍唔住食哂😋
