前菜方面，選了新鮮生蠔，鮮味十足，帶一點海水的味道。
For appetizers, we chose oysters, which are full of flavor and have a bit of seawater flavor.
每次來到The Upper Deck 我們都會點必牛扒，不竟這裡是扒房。我們點「美國肉眼扒」，有淡淡焦香味，味道甘香，口感軟腍，油花豐富。
We usually order the "American Rib Eye Steak", which had a buttery rich beef taste and soft texture.
配菜選了「美式芝士通粉」，香濃的芝士味，通粉有嚼口！
We chose "Mac N Cheese" as a side dish. It is super creamy.
