To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 牛角的粉絲應該知道牛角次男坊得東涌同荃灣有。同平時牛角有咩唔同？就係有主打成座山咁高的丼。其實午餐仲有個輕食餐平少少又有綠茶送，女仔真係夠食。但一場來到就哎左個大的，影相夠震撼！個牛丼勁多牛，肚餓岩哂！d汁送飯都好正。另外因為好想食溫泉蛋就哎左個豚的，隻蛋好正。發現呢個豚丼都幾抵食，豚好滑，配個流心蛋一流。牛角仲好細心，知你食咁多肉可能會覺得好肥膩，有得揀解茶，所以食完都唔怕肥！收銀旁見倒有個餐廳介紹由熊本直送的牛肋丼，個樣好吸引，想食的朋友可以哎喔！
