每逄過年,大家一定會吃了不少糕點,未知有那一款令妳印象最深刻 ?而今年除了幾間欣賞的餐廳所出品,依然具有水準外,位於旺角火車站的帝京酒店,推出了「松茸菌皇蠔豉糕」。細看一下成份,絲毫不用防腐劑,正啱追求健康的香港人,而且份量十足。一揭開蓋,賣相平實,但已傳來陣陣松茸菌及蠔豉的香味,令人食指大動。切開時,已見兩者切成細粒,佈滿了糕點之內。而且富彈力,煎起來非常方便,但比較深黝一點。吃起來有菇菌的彈牙,陣陣幽香很特別,好味。
