今日黎到九龍城呢間相當有氣派嘅餐廳,全落地玻璃,整樓高五層,一入到餐廳,侍應會招呼你入lift,帶你入到相應嘅樓層。呢間餐廳嘅日本概念比較特別,分別提供傳統嘅端爐燒、壽司刺身及omakase,整體嘅食物質素同埋服務態度,令客人感覺良好,今次我哋就試咗鐵板燒,望住廚師製作料理嘅過程,令人賞心悅目✨

餐廳安排非常特別,首先會特意安排水果,清新客人嘅口腔,等客人可以享受到前菜。前菜係令人震撼嘅和牛刺身,配上洋蔥、柚子、醬油,和牛上面雲石油花紋理好吸引,入口鮮甜充滿油香,生食不點任何醬汁,已經美味非常,可見食材的優質。

第四道菜,採用昆布鹽、香草鹽、獨子蒜、岩鹽、金山寺麵鼓,配上米沢牛和牛,師傅特意唔會加太多鹽,食到和牛嘅原味,個人特別喜愛昆布鹽見加上獨子蒜嘅食法,調味不會過於太鹹,提升和牛嘅層次,入口充滿油香外更加惹味。

就快食完之際,端來一碗大蜆清湯,大蜆非常新鮮,湯頭鮮甜暖胃,一解油膩。解一解油膩後,師傅又喺我哋面前炒飯,用上洋蔥粒、蘿蔔粒、泰國蘆筍、和牛粒,炒飯粒粒分明,金黃香口。最後甜品係四川冰粉,上面有火龍果粒、西瓜粒、杞子、山楂,一解油膩,冰涼入心🙇‍♀️
