講起吉列牛嘅話,相信大部分人都會諗起「秘」💛 因為真係實在太出名喇,次次經過都會見到排晒長龍呀😵上次我哋平日夜晚6:45左右到,剛好唔使等位直入~但我哋7:30食完就已經門口排咗20人喇🙈餐廳入面嘅座位好迫,我哋被安排咗坐喺個角落頭位,2邊都有牆擋住,所以埋單走嘅時候都有啲尷尬,要襯隔離客人未開始燒嘅時候就即刻走,因為要麻煩佢哋起身讓位先出到去😬 張枱本身有啲窄,所以如果燒緊嘅時候離開都幾危險,好驚會燒到件衫🙈 而且成間餐廳都幾大油煙,抽風系統有待改善😵‍💫•🥢 秘•燒黑松露吉列牛 $148 (晚市定食另+$38)吉列炸衣唔算好厚,炸得好脆,食落有好濃嘅黑松露味🤤 相對安格斯牛,呢款就厚切少少,牛味相對亦無咁濃~佢哋嘅擺盤都幾有心思,將啲吉列牛排成半圓形,然後流心蛋就好似對眼咁,中間再加啲椰菜絲同蕃茄仔做個鼻,加埋就好似個笑哈哈咁🤣•🥢 板燒安格斯牛 $118 (晚市定食另+$38)呢款安格斯牛睇落顏色唔算好靚,但油脂分佈都算平均~佢嘅牛味就濃好多,燒完之後肉質嫩滑,好juicy😋 呢款對比起吉列牛就薄切啲,而且感覺上件數都少啲,食完有少少唔夠喉~🙈•💬 以上兩款我哋都加咗$38要普通

吉列炸衣唔算好厚,炸得好脆,食落有好濃嘅黑松露味🤤 相對安格斯牛,呢款就厚切少少,牛味相對亦無咁濃~

🥢 板燒安格斯牛 $118 (晚市定食另+$38)
呢款安格斯牛睇落顏色唔算好靚,但油脂分佈都算平均~佢嘅牛味就濃好多,燒完之後肉質嫩滑,好juicy😋 呢款對比起吉列牛就薄切啲,而且感覺上件數都少啲,食完有少少唔夠喉~🙈

💬 以上兩款我哋都加咗$38要普通定食,除咗包括楓糖流心蛋,仲有一碗櫻花昆布湯同埋秘之飯素(即係白飯上面加咗飯素),流心蛋無特別出色/入味;昆布湯就係比較清淡🤭飯素撈飯就真係好食嘅,有啲鹹香🤤~ 所以下次再食嘅話,就未必會加定食喇,可能直接+$18要個飯素飯/+$12要個白飯就算了🤣
