To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物難食，好hea。炒拉麵炒都無炒，烚完個麵求其撈埋味精配料就上，夾起係有湯汁；刺食一d都唔新鮮；壽司飯應該連台灣米都唔係，又硬又無米香，一d醋味都無。服務方面，呢間野係好支持新來港人仕，而大部份既姐姐都算勤力，但培訓方面真係奇差。姐姐上菜擺檯邊就算；揸住個私伙水杯周圍行；而且衣衫亦算爛褸。一間餐廳衛唔衛生，我個人認為好看重個廁所，試諗下個服務員廚師都唔介意個廁所污糟，甘佢又點睇d食物同個廚房？而佢地個廁所就係又臭又爛，同中式酒樓無乜分別，但廚師煮既就好唔同，接唔接受到就大家自己決定。我就食左豚肉拉面；牛肉炒拉麵；刺身盛松；壽司十九本；燒三文魚腩；北海道帶子沙律。總計11xx，四大人兩個幼童 (兩歲)，我當五大人每人230。呢個價，去食日式放題、日式火鍋甚至迴轉壽司店都都得，而我就一定唔會再去(差到我要獻出第一次打幾百字)
