To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

個炸雞飯嘅賣相一望落去就知唔好食，啲車係啡黑色嘅，仲要 ”一達達‘ 咁。個炸雞飯啲雞本身已經好乾，一咬落去根本好似食緊石頭，雞肉根本係冇鮮味，食去得一陣好重嘅油味。80蚊得個六件雞，真係極度失望。個親子丼飯除咗靠pat 沙律醬提味之外都係冇味嘅，根本就係似食緊沙律醬撈蛋個炒飯咁嘅物體完全圖文不符。呢間野唯一一樣好嘅嘢就係嗰pat 紫薯薯蓉。總括而言$160食啲咁嘅野真係唔值仲要一肚氣，你話佢係便當根本完全稱唔上。
