To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多事情都無法預計,工作上突如其來的人事變動,實在讓人感到心情複雜........對自己好一點,放工後跟朋友來到沙田帝都酒店玉庭享用極尚鮑魚盛宴,享用美食之餘,更平衡一下心理。先來是過橋澳洲一頭鮑,將鮑魚薄切並用濃郁鮮魚湯灼一灼,非常鮮甜彈牙,伴以芽菜、葱絲及香脆油炸鬼,令人一試難忘。杏鮑醬香爆鮮鮑魚,厚肉鮮甜的八頭鮮鮑魚,肉質嫩滑爽彈,加入杏鮑菇與雞樅菌炒至金黃焦香,惹味又鮮甜。芝香鮑粒焗大蘑菇,粒粒鮑魚肉與甘筍釀入原隻大磨菇上,再鋪滿香濃芝士碎,然後焗至色澤金黃,蘑菇肉厚有嚼勁、柔軟多汁,與爽口彈牙的鮑魚粒非常搭配。養生五穀鮑魚羮,原隻鮑魚與野米、麥米、黎麥、小米及紅腰豆加水燉製,濃郁的羹湯像一道鹹甜品,很特別的呢~龍躉鮑魚卷,來自10公斤龍躉,魚味濃郁且豐腴油潤,捲住肉質嫩滑的鮑魚條同煮,既濃郁滑溜又鮮嫩甜美。鮑片麒麟雞,以蜜汁金華火腿、新鮮鮑魚片,搭配軟滑的麒麟雞件,口感豐富,味道相輔相成,鹹鮮味美。鮑魚海味絲撈飯,花膠海參鮑魚絲,配上軟糯香米,再淋上以慢火熬製而成的上湯,再飽也要吃下去呀!7道鮑魚菜式本來已好飽,但又想試試這道火炙水晶鹽焗雞,以火燒一燒後剪出雞件,雞肉質軟腍,
