To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 全程極差的體驗。一開始見店內環境、菜式好像不錯，而選擇嘗試。前菜蕃茄湯太濃了，濃到嗆喉嚨的感覺。飲品方面，叫了一杯芝麻拿鐵和紫薯拿鐵，飲落完全就係用水沖出來的。到main course到左，有三個staff經過見到，都毫無意慾幫我們收起。到叫上甜品的時候，說了「may I have the dessert？」，職員卻攞左張單比我埋單😅😅實在疑惑。甜品只是一塊疑似百香果味的cake，味道又酸，很奇怪。即使到埋單時刻，店員仍有出錯，charge錯價錢🥲搞咩
