To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日我地去左赤柱釣魚,釣完魚我地去左赤柱搵食,赤柱食晚飯真係好好Feel,我地去左位於赤柱廣場地下的「Classified」食晚飯。餐廳設有室內和室外,室外望住大街食飯更有feel ,但室外已經滿座,室內環境以木系歐洲風為設計,環境非常寬敞舒適。Classified Breakfast 好豐富,有豬肉香腸、炒蛋、煙肉、炸薯餅、茄汁豆、炒雜菇、酸種麵包,炒滑蛋炒得滑溜溜,炸薯餅炸得金黃香脆,份量十足Crepes with ice-cream 法式可麗餅餅皮厚薄適中,煎得剛剛好,口感柔軟Q彈,內餡有忌廉和香蕉,再配上雲呢拿雪糕,做飯後甜品最適合不過。Set Dinner $198 是日餐湯|主菜|甜品|飲品另加($30)磨菇湯蘑菇湯用新鮮蘑菇打碎,綿滑質感、蘑菇獨特的香氣,菇味濃郁。風乾火腿火箭菜芝士薄餅Pizza 即叫即焗,餅底唔會太厚太薄,邊位做到外脆香軟柔韌口感,餡料有火箭菜,風乾火腿,芝士,味道鹹香,薄餅做得非常出色。四重芝士焗雞肉西蘭花長通粉用上四重芝士製作,味道極度邪惡,濃濃的芝士味道,而且有拉絲效果,配搭嫩滑的雞肉,爽脆的西蘭花,煙煙韌韌的長通粉,口感層次豐富,芝味十足,這個份量適合和朋友一齊分享。Cheese Cake 芝士味道濃郁細膩,口感軟滑。Mellow Yellow & Iced Latte

週末晴朗嚟到赤柱走走,行到少攰見到一間環境舒服、items種類多嘅餐廳就決定一試。餐廳風格就混搭美國鄉村+輕工業風,枱櫈主要以木同大理石為主;左邊牆做成酒櫃,吧枱區域用木櫃同黑色金屬作為區分;門口則擺放一大張正方木枱,搭配大圓藤織燈罩吊燈,極具風情。🤍🩶🤍🩶🤍🩶🤍🩶🤍🩶~鯷魚凱撒沙律 $128 ~✨:4/5Caesar醬有鯷魚同少少蒜味,食得出係沿用返傳統做法,而唔係普通淨係蛋黃醬加芝士粉嚟充次。生菜以原片上碟,配上大大粒嘅煙肉碎同麵包糠,加埋香煎過嘅蝦仁,口感即刻豐富晒。不過cp值方面,菜嘅份量就差少少啦🥹~ Classified Breakfast $150~✨:4/5嚟chill當然要叫返份All day啦!有鮮甜嘅橙車厘茄、比平時厚身嘅煙肉、外脆內軟嘅薯餅、仲有脆皮豬肉腸同炒菇添!蛋方面就揀咗炒蛋;值得一提嘅係麵包係自家製酸種包,好食程度係連唔點食包類嘅友人都大讚~~ 風乾火腿火箭菜芝士薄餅 $133 ~✨:3.5/5餅皮佈滿mozzarella,配上蕃茄醬底,酸酸甜甜夠哂開胃,同時亦中和到芝士嘅膩感!長薄餅上嘅風乾火腿冇乜脂肪口感唔錯,滿滿嘅火箭菜夠哂清新。比較失色嘅係餅底,如果係脆邊的話相信會加返分!

隨意在海邊行,發現這店有Happy Hour,飲品只係$45起,於是就叫咗兩杯Sangria, 一杯用白酒做底另外一杯用紅酒做底,我覺得紅酒嗰杯比較好飲,侍應還很貼心地自動送上兩杯水,讓我們飲完酒可以清清個口,坐低發現原來有happy hour set ,是2杯飲品加 小食,小食薯餅單點要$70 ,happy hour set 都係HKD 120, 真係好抵,問侍應我哋可唔可以變做set,原來可以,真係非常高興, 薯餅很快便送到,一共有四件全部都非常之脆口,係新鮮炸嘅,坐在外面有涼風有美景有遊人歡笑玩樂之聲,真係十分之正,會再來吃午飯

全程極差的體驗。一開始見店內環境、菜式好像不錯,而選擇嘗試。前菜蕃茄湯太濃了,濃到嗆喉嚨的感覺。飲品方面,叫了一杯芝麻拿鐵和紫薯拿鐵,飲落完全就係用水沖出來的。到main course到左,有三個staff經過見到,都毫無意慾幫我們收起。到叫上甜品的時候,說了「may I have the dessert?」,職員卻攞左張單比我埋單😅😅實在疑惑。甜品只是一塊疑似百香果味的cake,味道又酸,很奇怪。即使到埋單時刻,店員仍有出錯,charge錯價錢🥲搞咩
