To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天带家人去吃早饭， 牛油果给了很小的一个， 顶上被挖去一块，估计是已经黑了。牛扒非常非常薄的一片， 肯定不到6oz， 我要的medium，结果是全熟，还带着腥味， 弄成这样是真的神奇， 连美心的早餐牛扒都不如。 Pancake是薄薄的，硬的， 而且是甜的发假。 服务员说抱歉pancake是厂商供应的。这家应该退出市场了，品质已经下降到如此地步。Went to breakfast with a family member in the morning, avocado was small and apparently missing some parts due to cut off blackened parts. Steak was a very small thin piece, asked for medium came out well done and smelled like stinky fish. Pancake was hard, thin, fake sweet. Waitress said it’s premade from outside suppliers. This Classified store should be closed and moved out of Stanley plaza. Terrible experience.

Have not been to at Stanley for more than 10 year. Happen to have chance to have a visit with friends and we just want to have a chill place to eat and chat. To be honest, the restaurant environment is nice, service is good, food is in big portion. But back to the basic of a restaurant, the taste of food is not even on an average standard. We ordered classified breakfast and egg Benedict. The dish looks nice, yet this is all the good point of it. The sour dough tasted like flour, it’s very soggy, the order food like the pouches egg and cherry tomato etc are all tasteless. I order this coz it should be very standard that I never had an egg Benedict that is “not nice”.My friend order of their classified breakfast. It’s should be their signature. Yet it’s really bad until my fd can’t finish everything even she is very hungry at that time. The pork sausage she said it taste worse than those hotdog from supermarket. Bacon is too dry.With a drink it’s around $230 each. I will say the price is pretty fair at that area with that environment. After the food, you definitely full yet when you think back there is nothing in your memories.

今日我地去左赤柱釣魚，釣完魚我地去左赤柱搵食，赤柱食晚飯真係好好Feel，我地去左位於赤柱廣場地下的「Classified」食晚飯。餐廳設有室內和室外，室外望住大街食飯更有feel ，但室外已經滿座，室內環境以木系歐洲風為設計，環境非常寬敞舒適。Classified Breakfast 好豐富，有豬肉香腸、炒蛋、煙肉、炸薯餅、茄汁豆、炒雜菇、酸種麵包，炒滑蛋炒得滑溜溜，炸薯餅炸得金黃香脆，份量十足Crepes with ice-cream 法式可麗餅餅皮厚薄適中，煎得剛剛好，口感柔軟Q彈，內餡有忌廉和香蕉，再配上雲呢拿雪糕，做飯後甜品最適合不過。Set Dinner $198 是日餐湯｜主菜｜甜品｜飲品另加（$30）磨菇湯蘑菇湯用新鮮蘑菇打碎，綿滑質感、蘑菇獨特的香氣，菇味濃郁。風乾火腿火箭菜芝士薄餅Pizza 即叫即焗，餅底唔會太厚太薄，邊位做到外脆香軟柔韌口感，餡料有火箭菜，風乾火腿，芝士，味道鹹香，薄餅做得非常出色。四重芝士焗雞肉西蘭花長通粉用上四重芝士製作，味道極度邪惡，濃濃的芝士味道，而且有拉絲效果，配搭嫩滑的雞肉，爽脆的西蘭花，煙煙韌韌的長通粉，口感層次豐富，芝味十足，這個份量適合和朋友一齊分享。Cheese Cake 芝士味道濃郁細膩，口感軟滑。Mellow Yellow & Iced Latte
