To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日6:30 ,見餐廳當時大約坐滿五成,我就入去試試,帶位小姐知道我四位,好奇怪地佢叫我坐餐廳門口出面的那張四人枱,明明裏面仍然有最少五六張空四人枱,吾明點解叫我坐出面,我估計係想製造到餐廳好滿坐,坐到出去咁嘅場面,吸引其他人中伏。於是我話坐裏面,佢就比我坐裏面。叫餐我哋想叫蝦餅,待應話賣晒,所有炸乜乜都賣晒,泰式沙律又賣晒,大佬,6:30 就賣晒? 作為泰國菜,所有煎炸野賣曬!於是叫咗一個紅咖喱雞配一個白飯,一個菠蘿炒飯,一個蝦醬炒飯及一個炒貴叼,之後,最先嚟就是紅咖喱雞但欠白飯,然後其他炒飯炒粉都來曬,於是就問職員個咖喱欠碗白飯,之後一直有吾同的侍應叫我等等,最後就有一位侍應同我講廚房忘記煮飯,冇曬白飯,叫我等10分鐘左右等碗白飯,真係堅奇怪! 個咖喱冇飯點食呢? 炒飯又有,但冇白飯,超級不能理解! 仲叫我等? 即係等到廚房煮好白飯,我個咖喱都凍曬啦!個菠蘿炒飯及蝦醬炒飯主要係得三色雜豆冇乜肉,味道吾得,只有炒貴叼叫做正常,真係完全唔會有下次,完全中伏!
