To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

極度惡劣的服務態度，難以相信這是一家五星級酒店的服務態度，我們一行四人被安排在一個比較悶熱的位置，當時服務員Ivan同意更換並把我們帶往座位。還未安頓便遭到另一位較年長的男性服務員帶著一群人過來大聲呼渴「邊個比你坐係度，你檯號幾多，點可以自己坐係度，你快啲起身」開口就問我們是不是旅行團，我沒有回答你，我是旅客就可以被你進一步歧視？我從未在一間五星級酒店遭遇這般羞辱，自助午餐連安排的基本禮儀都欠奉。
