To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇左好多YouTuber 介紹過普慶自助餐，都比好高評價，襯住男朋友生日，我都訂左位黎「食好西」原來普慶餐廳新裝修過，而且隔一段時間有「主題」，今次主題係主打東南亞，雖然本人不好食辣，但出發前都有少少擔心自助餐會唔會好多辣嘅食物，自己會唔會食唔到🥲不過今次東亞南主題都幾貼切，中、日、韓、越、泰等都有。食物種類多，但分隔較開，大家一個點去一個點都要行少少路～～凍海鮮幾好，有琵琶蝦，我第一次食自助餐見到👏🏼👏🏼我覺得長腳蟹夠新鮮，但男朋友略嫌太啲太咸，但我個人幾Okay.自助餐一定要有蠔，有專人洗刷，男朋友大讚今晚啲蠔好味😋每人送兩杯飲品，我叫左杯珍多冰😄下圖係飲品換領卷，設計到成張機票咁，好有心思！掛住食，無花太多時間影相，放多兩張先。👍東南亞主題突出👍食物多選擇👍食物味道同refill 速度快想再encore

不過今次東亞南主題都幾貼切，中、日、韓、越、泰等都有。

食物種類多，但分隔較開，大家一個點去一個點都要行少少路～～

凍海鮮幾好，有琵琶蝦，我第一次食自助餐見到👏🏼👏🏼
我覺得長腳蟹夠新鮮，但男朋友略嫌太啲太咸，但我個人幾Okay.
