To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上個月的某天,因事要去灣仔,辦完後已是午飯時間,醒起呢度的粥咁多人讚,一於去試下.正值繁忙時段,幸好自己一條lang,所以唔使等就有位.頭一次來,純粹想試粥底,所以只要左牛肉粥,後再加油條.油條非自家製,不予評價;粥底有鮮味,似乎真係用魚湯煲的,唔渴口,肯定無味精,粥內的牛肉剛剛熟,好滑,不過唔知有無用梳打粉呢!環境都幾逼下,坐得唔多舒服,而且好多人等位,所以由叫粥到食完走人,都只係20分鐘,費事阻住其他人!
