To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

果然係麵尊「車仔麵之尊」

午飯時間又到，每天都諗爆頭諗午飯食咩好，今日行過上環蘇杭街，見到呢間車仔麵店排哂長龍。 好，見仲有D時間，就排隊試下呢間「麵尊」，點知比我想像中排得快，不到10分鐘就可入座。好架勢既牌匾「麵尊」今次我叫左個墨丸、豬大腸、鴨腎米線，每個餸我都好滿意，但最特別係個湯底，味道濃郁。平時食車仔麵唔會飲埋d湯，但今次我飲哂。除此之外，佢仲有得比你選擇麻辣汁同咖哩汁，我就試左咖哩汁，十分濃郁香口。總結，車仔麵黎講，佢都算係幾特出，但份量就唔算好多，如果唔係好餓但又想食小小野填下肚，都係唔錯既選擇。
