To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日返晏,同男友11點左右黎呢度飯茶,星期一至六1點前埋單大,同,小點一律$8.8,仲有d特價點心$6.8,我地叫左8款點心.春卷$8.8---炸得頗乾身,內裏蝦雞肉西芹十分多,味道都可以!魚腐雲南小玉瓜$6.8---開頭吾知系湯黎,一碗都幾多魚腐粒,而且幾滑,個湯清清地,都吾錯!玉子豆腐紫菜湯$6.8---基本上同魚腐玉瓜湯d湯差不多,只系淡左d,味道亦屬輕清.皮旦瘦肉粥$6.8---瘦肉就吾多,但食到瑤柱同少許皮旦,粥底都算綿,而且食吾到味精.蝦米蒸腸粉$6.8---一般!腸粉雖薄,但似乎蒸過火,一夾即爛.雞扎$8.8---佢地用西洋菜卷住雞,叉燒,魚肚同冬菇,感覺幾特別!幾健康!都吾錯呀!豉汁蒸大鱔$15---亦是水準之作!大鱔十分肥美入味!必食!環境尚算靜,冷氣夠凍,服務就平平啦!埋單$91都算抵食!叉燒酥$8.8---相當有水準!酥皮鬆化到不得了!叉燒粒亦吾太肥膩.
