To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 五個人去香港老飯店, 本打算叫北京填鴨, 原來是要預訂的, 有點兒失望。香港有很多上海菜館, 有特色的不多, 此店算是吃到出面吃不到的菜, 例如溏沁蛋,嫩滑又爽口,色澤金黄,十分吸引。吃不到北京填鴨叫了個樟茶鴨,半隻份量相當十足,皮脆肉鮮,十分有驚喜, 果然係四川名菜之一,煙燻的鴨第一次嚐,口感 一試難忘。 其他叫了小籠包,炒年糕,沙窩雞, 高力豆沙,味道不過不失。香港老飯店果然有其水準, 一間餐廳最重要是吃到食物水準及傳統佳肴水平!
