To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老闆知我近期好粥,於是她介紹咗靠得住同彌敦粥. 今天在灣仔有活動,先去探靠得住.招牌寫住魚湯底,加上牆上金句<絶無味精>,十分期待. 坐低望望個Manual,勁多選擇,花多眼亂,粥平貴都有,豐儉由人. 除粥,還有小食同湯賣. 我在recommend manual選了三樣實惠野:拆肉泥鯭粥,咸肉粽,熟魚皮,朋友就選咗鮑魚雞絲粥.粥上檯,我先記得朋友唔食魚,死火! 但朋友食咗一啖粥,不單無發火,重話勁好味. 粥好甜又唔鯹. 米粒煲到開晒花,入口綿綿. 鮑魚雞絲個粥比泥鯭清一點,相信鮑魚雞絲係後下,但泥鯭係同粥一齊煲的. 雞絲幾甜,但就唔係好覺d鮑魚. 泥鯭煲過,已經無味. 其實d粥唔錯,但個人比較喜歡老舖的厚感同火候.小食反而有驚喜,咸肉粽雖然只有肥豬肉同蛋黃,但配上最皆拍檔甜豉油,勁好味! 肥羔入口即化,人間美味. 坊間都賣生魚皮,但這裏賣熟的,原來魚皮焯過,同生的一樣爽脆. 配上薑蔥莞茜同紅椒粒,又係勁好味!服務幾好,d服務員好有禮. 唔單企個老細滿口多謝,連d伙計都一樣. 食完唔想阻人地做生意,又去第二度hea.
