To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

BB久未病瘉, 唯有戒戒口啦, 就選擇食粥啦, 咁夜既時間, 其實無咩地方好選擇, 咁岩行過華星對面, 原來係買粥食, 原來仲要米芝蓮一星, 咁就入啦店內裝修都無錯, 四四正正, 有懷舊相, 但不失現代感覺BB叫個魚腩粥係生滾粥黎, 粥煲得好綿, 夠熱, 食落吾會口乾, 魚腩好厚切, 大約有4塊, 每一塊都微微煎過, 外層吾會太鬆散, 都幾香, 咬得又好滑, 魚浸在粥裏面, 令魚粥有一股微微既鮮味, 另外另上既蒸魚鼓油, 更係畫龍點睛, 味道似李錦記蒸魚鼓油, 魚腩點一點鼓油, 回味無窮, 或鼓油倒少少入粥度, 搞一搞勻再食, 提升粥既質感43蚊一碗粥, 性價比好高

另外另上既蒸魚鼓油, 更係畫龍點睛, 味道似李錦記蒸魚鼓油, 魚腩點一點鼓油, 回味無窮, 或鼓油倒少少入粥度, 搞一搞勻再食, 提升粥既質感
