To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有點兒作病，加上近日不停下雨，天氣較涼，最適合食粥！ 本身不太喜歡吃粥，但我覺得靠得住的粥的確很不錯！我要了一碗豬潤魚腩粥配混醬腸粉（$60)。單從圖片已經能看出，粥底非常綿滑！ 豬潤有4片，魚腩也有兩條，分量很多。味道方面更是"無得輸", 豬潤剛剛熟，很粉嫩，魚腩也很滑，配上清甜綿密的粥底，非常滿意！ 跟餐的混醬腸粉，醬料自己添加，分量隨你喜歡。 腸粉滑溜中帶點兒煙韌，加上麻醬甜醬更加滋味。另外要了一碗牛肉粥，粥底一樣夠綿，牛肉夠滑，不錯吃。最後，還加了$9,要了一碟陳醋雲耳，陳醋汁夠酸，味道很濃郁，我非常喜歡！雖然以粥來說，這間不算便宜，但我覺得質素還是有保證的！
