To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上海料理可以話係小編嘅Comfort Food之一,呢間主打傳統上海菜嘅人氣餐廳最近新推唔少菜式,店內環境闊落,空間感十足,座落舒適,適合帶一家大細嚟聚餐。冬天當然唔少得食枝竹羊腩煲,滋潤健脾,暖胃之選,上枱時咋咋聲,羊腩唔嚡,入口即化,湯底清甜可口,仲有枝竹同蘑菇搭配。蔥爆牛肉炒得夠鑊氣,牛肉厚切啖啖肉,調味適中唔會過鹹,蔥都入味,撈飯一流。私心推介黑松露牛油炒蛋,雖然唔係上海菜,但味道有驚喜,真材實料,好厚實,黑松露牛油香氣四溢,炒蛋嫩,外層微微脆。另有紅燒豆腐,外層煎至脆身,帶有咬口,內裏軟滑,整體性價比高,會Encore。
