每次去銅鑼灣居酒屋都會嚟呢度飲兩杯食串燒～因為氛圍都令我諗起日本嘅居酒屋～牛旁爽脆有嚼頭，送酒一流呀！刺身盛有三款刺身，帆立貝大隻好鮮甜～三文魚紋理分明夠晒肥美～蝦刺身爽口甜美～槍魷魚生燒超爽口彈牙，燒得剛好帶有肉汁～上面舖有櫻花蝦，點些青檸汁更可提升鮮味～味道更好食！豬顎骨肉質厚實但唔硬，好惹味～加黑椒汁最配合～食落啖啖肉～豬肝串好厚好大塊，食落唔爾，配啤酒是人生一大享受～蒜芯豬肉串裡面蒜芯中和了豬肉的油份，所以食落多汁美味～雞翼串燒到雞翼皮外脆內軟，雞肉嫩滑～有炭火香味～芝士翠肉瓜我第一次食咁樣嘅配搭，又好鮮甜好配合冬菇軟滑～
