To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日系昭和風格嘅小店，裝修都佈置都用木同各種暖色系嘅傢俬，成個感覺好柔和，每個角落都可以係打咭位。好有心思，值得一讚‼︎ 柚子蜜柑卷蛋 ($62)• 卷蛋口感鬆軟同幾彈牙，有啲空氣感。濕潤度適中，靠中間同頂層嘅忌廉奶油補一補位。• 蜜柑同柚子味道比例係 5 比 5，兩者同樣偏向清新自然，唔會有死甜嘅感覺。• 整體不過不失，係想像到嘅味道。 熊仔糖特調 ($78)• 荔枝茶底配橙汁，飲落酸酸甜甜，有丁點茶嘅甘味，甜度唔高，賣相亦幾討好，只係貴咗啲。• 熊仔糖嘅作用除咗好似珍珠咁有啲嘢畀你𡁻下之外，就係提升整體嘅甜度。
