To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和朋友行完街,在柴灣打算找間餐廳吃晚飯,發現很多餐廳都吃過了,唯有選間中菜 - 富臨皇宮,這間酒樓位於康翠臺,可能太夜關係,店內不算太多人,酒樓內有獨立的房間,非常合適一家大小的顧客。除了主餐牌外,還有套餐推廣,廚師推介和晚飯優惠三寶-手抓跳舞雞$48、上湯加拿大龍蝦$48、清蒸原條沙巴仔。最後我們點了手抓跳舞雞 $48/隻、火腩大膳煲 $108、姬松茸花膠燒豆腐 $88、蔥爆頂級牛仔骨 $98、金銀菜燉白肺湯$128。手抓跳舞雞 - 皮脆香滑、上檯時還熱噴噴,配上超惹味的沙薑醬汁,配塔一流,侍應見我們不知如何入手,還幫我們戴上手套用手撕開,方便夾。火腩大膳煲 - 一般在外而吃的火腩都會很咸,而這個不會太咸,大膳味沾上醬汁非常鮮味,沒有骨。姬松茸花膠燒豆腐 - 花膠份量大足,松茸有很重的香菇味。蔥爆頂級牛仔骨 - 牛仔骨煮的時間剛剛好,不會太硬。金銀菜燉白肺湯 - 比想像中大煲,足夠6個人,白菜與菜乾同用,有清熱潤燥特效。總評:柴灣區有水準的酒家,而且服務也不錯,侍應都會主動換骨碟添茶,值得一讚!
