柴灣工業村重建活化成華夏邨,連帶地鋪修成展覽作用。其中青越亭,顧名思義是越南菜,每次行經都感份外清新,而且人流多多。星期日下午2時多,已經坐滿場,稍等候10來分鐘,終於到我地啦。桌椅皆塗上青檸色,十分清新,桌與桌之間為之擠迫,不太舒適。款式多樣化,有越南麵包、湯粉、撈檬、飯類;精品咖啡、沙冰、特飲等等。香茅雞翼,香茅醃得入味,炸外層薄,雞翼肥美。咬下有肉汁,唯稍煮過頭,肉不太滑。來到湯河,有新菜式,安格斯牛肉湯河。另有兩份量,細碗或大碗,大概相約十元。以平時食牛河經驗,份量普遍少。所以,點了大碗試試看。湯底清徹,牛肉香甜味重。大碗份量,河粉量真多,很滑身; 而牛肉大概八片,嫩口,好味。加少許辣椒粒青檸汁,味道更出和立體。而另一碗越式無骨雞湯河大碗,湯面多油,雞件6件之多。雞皮零肥膏,可惜雞肉較粗嚡。片刻,飲品都上啦。宇治金時有條百力枝,好吸晴。忌廉很淡偏膩,抺茶粉落得慷慨點味道會出點。整體一般。而青檸梳打,清新酸酸的,炎夏一杯至讚。
