大角咀有好多唔同既食肆,今次黎到呢間一浪,小店裝潢幾有格調,店外係開放既空間,可以坐係出面食野傾計,而店內比人既感覺都幾悠閒,仲有榻榻米位置,啱曬打卡~黎到呢日仲有柴柴店長😍好可愛。店員仲話鍾意既話可以餵下佢~除左講環境之外,呢度既食物質素都好唔錯,特別係黎到呢度一定要食佢地既總匯吐司!同埋呢度既飲品拉花都好靚~ 1⃣️一浪總匯吐司($78) 呢個係必點既🤩餡料超豐富,拎上手超厚~基本上好難一啖食到曬全部料。入面有鹽燒雞腿、滑蛋、青瓜絲、蕃茄、椰菜絲。雞腿肉食落好嫩滑,另外好特別既係加左啲花生醬調味,食落唔會太過單調。吐司都有烘過帶輕微牛油香。鍾意佢呢度有滿滿既蔬菜搭配,食落口感更加清爽。 2⃣️鹿兒島黑豚御好燒croffle($98) croffle通常都係當甜品,但係呢個croffle搭配上御好燒,感覺好唔同。御好燒裏面主要係椰菜絲,加入少少豚肉片,配上美乃滋、木魚絲等等,好有日本風味😋個御好燒都整得幾好食,食落唔會好漿口好粉感。底下既croffle帶牛油香,不過可能因為我地等耐左啲先食,所以冇咁脆,牛油味都冇我想像中咁突出。不過無論係個croffle定係個御好燒,兩樣野都係就咁單食已經

焙茶牛奶一樣係好濃~拉花又係另一款花款~不過個人覺得焙茶味道有啲太濃,濃到有啲苦澀,顏色都去到焦黑既程度,同我認知既焙茶好似有啲出入🙈另外粉感偏重,特別係飲品既面層,明顯飲到粉粒感。
