珍姐廚房喺區內出名夠住家,珍姐份人又熱情,嚟開呢頭就食返餐屋企飯啦。秋天正係栗子當造嘅季節,今日呢道栗子排骨($68)食得合,栗子香甜又夠粉,排骨燜煮得十分軟熟,連軟骨都可以食埋,肉汁打成濃郁芡汁,加碗白飯,我同朋友都食到停唔到口呀!薑蔥煎黃花魚($90)食煎魚唔一定熱氣嘅,呢條黃花魚以薑蔥煎香,再淋上芡汁,唔走乾脆路線,但食落又有點煎炒焦香,魚肉非常柔滑。綠豆沙唔會太甜,粒粒豆都煮到爆開起沙,很有水準。
