To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 光顧此店的客人,十居其九都叫早餐、常餐、營養餐。我不要跟大隊,要選些特別的。 校長多士,年年廿五,永不加價。有意思,葫蘆賣的是什麼藥,就試一試吧。 一上枱,飄過一陣子濃烈的黑松露味。此味原本在高級西餐廳才可聞到,不知什麼時候已充斥於普通食肆。校長多士用厚多士作底,加上一層芝士,慷慨地撒上黑松露醬,烘得香噴噴的俸客。 加一客軟硬沙爹牛肉包。軟硬之意是把軟軟的甜豬仔包烘脆吧。 牛肉餡很嫩,很滑,很腍。沙爹醬很香,很甜,不辣。我把伴碟的一片青瓜夾進左邊的包內,一片番茄夾進右邊的包內,為濃郁的味道加上清新。 校長多士和軟硬沙爹牛肉包都要散叫,加上一杯奶茶,與餐比較,顯得有點貴。
