新屎坑試新餐廳,Happy Friday緊係要預早打電話book位,星期五上午打去,好彩仲有張七點半5人枱,我被安排坐門口,因為門開關所以冷氣唔係好夠涼,最後要求服務員開大D冷氣。小食有酥炸雲吞,皮薄炸得好脆,個甜酸汁好味;沙嗲羊肉串,食得出入邊有孜然及香茅味道,點沙嗲醬真係好似食緊肉咁;金湯蟹皇翅,南瓜湯加素魚翅及小許假蟹柳,沒什麼特別;菠蘿咕嚕肉同真咕嚕肉一樣有咬口,甜酸味道調校得好;芒果香酥豆腐,豆腐滑外炸脆皮及芒果汁,新菜式,可以一試;鮮腐竹銀杏浸翠苗,一般正常齊菜;沙爹粉絲鰻魚煲,鰻魚做得好似、沙嗲粉絲入味,呢個餸好多人讚;竹笙鮑魚羅漢齋炒麵,ok。吃完有雪耳木瓜南北杏糖水送。喜歡齊菜可以一試,食品不油膩,有水準的齊菜館。
