To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 駱駝漆大廈入面嘅呢間台灣嘢無論平日定假日都好多人🙈 我哋平日夜晚嚟到都見到佢返咗兩至三次枱 😱 真係好厲害 👍🏻 啲嘢食好味之餘，仲要黃店，唔怪之得咁好生意刈包 📍$32連讀都唔識讀 😂 雖然去過台灣好多次，但今次第一次食刈包，原來好好食😱 用蒸過嘅半圓形包包住入面嘅半肥瘦五花腩、酸菜、花生碎、同其他餡料，好惹味喎！招牌紅燒牛肉麵 📍$73湯底用咗新鮮騸牯牛骨熬咗2x 幾個鐘，所以味道特別濃郁，再帶有少少微辣，好有風味 👍🏻 牛肉有筋有肉，好腍好入味試管鹽酥豚肉 📍$53鹽酥雞就食得多啦，豚肉真係第一次，比雞肉更腍更juicy 😋 仲可以自己配唔同試管調味料 🧪 有梅子粉、蒜粉、鹽酥雞粉、等等糖醋豬軟骨滷肉飯 📍$68豬軟骨又腍又入味，甜甜地咁，再加埋地道嘅滷肉飯，真係食餸多過食飯呀巨峰提子多多 📍$25提子嘅飲品最驚就係似藥水，不過呢杯一啲藥水嘅感覺都無 😬 真係重提子同益力多味，酸酸地幾好飲珍珠奶茶 📍$28好耐無坐低飲珍珠奶茶啦 😬 一路食台灣嘢，一路飲珍珠奶茶先係最原本嘅風味黎架嘛
