To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日相約一個飯友於中環食早餐，大家決定食一個好耐都冇食嘅 Bagel 比高包。Bagel 呢種猶太人食物於北美十分普及； 簡簡單單搽上大量cream cheese已經好好味又飽肚， 十分適合快快趣趣嘅早餐。可惜 Bagel 响香港唔係算太流行，唔知係咪响香港賣價較貴嘅關係。 好似今日食嘅 Flying Gobbler 煙燻火雞 包一份要成 $75。不過 比高包 其中一個特點就係比一般麵包密度高，好襟𡁻、唔易消化；其實食半個已經係一個好飽嘅早餐。呢間中環 Bagel 專賣店有多種口味選擇，餡料更有葷、素選擇。依個煙燻火雞包 除火雞有番茄、羅馬生菜、莎莎醬、蛋黃醬；蔬菜新鮮，菜肉均衡餡料豐富；一份兩份分真係啱啱好。慶幸飯友嘅公司向訪客提供新鮮咖啡，真係啱晒食 Bagel。
