朋友推介幾間餐廳由我決定。喜歡wine & fine 的我,揀了這家西餐小店來試頭盤*牛油果甜茄蝦他他一向不喜歡牛油果的味道,這個牛油果他他加上甜茄,味道都唔錯*番茄水牛芝士沙律這個必定是所有意大利餐廳都有的Appetizers。這個水牛芝士太清淡,味道未能與番茄融合,不過不失*白酒忌廉煮活蜆蜆肉味道鮮甜,用白酒忌廉烹調,令湯汁更滑,還有淡淡酒香味*蒜片牛油炒野菌野菌炒得乾身好味,牛油蒜片令菌味道更加昇華主菜*法式燒豬鞍配法式薯蓉豬鞍煎得肉嫩多汁,薯蓉口感細綿,好味*慢煮牛胸腹燴意大利飯牛胸腹質地似牛肋,口感偏韌,做不出慢煮效果。飯也沒有risotto的煙韌,好在醬汁味道搭夠*藍帶芝士黃金雞卷皮脆香口,色澤金黃,溶化芝士滲入雞肉,味道鹹香好味。這個經典食譜已少有餐廳做甜品蛋糕不過不失咖啡是普通咖啡有待改善晚市雖然只有dinner set menu,但選擇上都唔少,下次都會再來
