To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小米和朋友在這邊玩樂過後, 朋友的家長推介這家餐廳, 所以二個家庭就在附近商場午餐了.由於是平日, 客人不多, 環境很寧靜, 所以最嘈吵的人, 就是<呢二個細路>!!!  是環迴立體聲在左右兩邊嘈嘈閉! 几經辛苦才可成功落單. 在等待期間, 發現餐具盤都以紙巾覆蓋!  蝦醬通菜牛肉飯  呈上之時, 已經感到濃濃的蝦醬香味. 果然無改錯名, 真的以蝦醬為主. 然後最多就是通菜! 新年期間, 大魚大肉, 總之很邪惡, 所以歡迎大量蔬菜. 最後就是牛肉了! 其實牛肉只是配角, 份量多或少都不重要了. 先把牛肉消滅, 然後嚐通菜. 通菜莖部的鹹度是恰如其份. 但來到通菜葉卻變得偏鹹. 因為葉的表面凹凸不平又多氣孔, 容易吸附較多的蝦醬汁, 所以一定要跟白飯一享用.     咖哩薯仔牛腩飯    已訓練小米食辣多時, 現在小米不怕咖哩了! 看到咖哩牛腩飯份量正常, 以為小米可以消滅這個咖哩飯, 誰知小米來到一半已投降. 小米表示這咖哩很辣!!! 自己也嚐一口咖哩牛腩, 咖哩是偏辣又帶酸, 但咖哩本應有的香料就欠奉. 為了不浪費, 來一口牛腩和薯仔. 原來牛腩没有牛味. 難怪小米來
