一年一度既父親大人生日又黎到啦,當然要帶爸爸去搵好野食 家父比較傳統,中意食中菜,今次就揀在位於銅鑼灣既好炒得。上網見到佢既裝修都唔錯,幾有feel,就試下啦餐廳係京都廣場9樓,我book左7點,去到都仲有幾多空枱,大概係因為佢始終比較高,食客都miss左。去到門口佢無令我失望既,裝修係好別緻,我地6個人就坐左長枱,感覺會比較舒服。呢個係吊針雞,佢煮熟前會上枱比你主下先,之後廚房再煮過,食落咬唔油膩,雞味道會偏淡,要沾d醬汁食先有味,醬汁味亦唔算唔算話好濃。雞肉好滑,雞皮唔肥,都幾多肉下,每人都食都好多舊桑拿蝦好好味 ,咬落去好有蝦味,入面既酒味同蝦味道調得好好好夾,同埋將酒加落蝦到味出好多,推介大家試! 不過份量較少,我地六個人一人一舊就無曬lu.其實本人原本就唔太中意陣酒味既,不過係我唔中意個陣味既前提下,我都覺得佢好妹味,大家可以想像到佢係有幾好食, 酒精都幾濃,一d都唔水,好香酒味。而家愈黎愈少酒樓會做依種酒MIX蝦,因為比較難做得好味,又唔值錢。建議大家黎既話真係可以試下!叫左咁多肉當然要叫翻個菜balance下啦,師公骨強調係即制,但味道唔算特別,口感ok彈牙既。豆豉鯪魚炒

叫左咁多肉當然要叫翻個菜balance下啦,師公骨強調係即制,但味道唔算特別,口感ok彈牙既。豆豉鯪魚炒油麥菜用魚湯浸,d津白切左絲,好容易入口食,味道出奇地好味,吸曬魚湯既味,又煮得夠林

我個人對乾炒牛河無咩特別偏好中意唔中意,呢味菜都炒得唔錯,牛肉夠林,呑落喉嚨唔會有一種死唔斷氣好似有條絲吊住係喉嚨既咁,我個人係唔反感咁樣既texture既


總括黎講,呢到既餸係好食既,環境係nice既,最最最值得試既一定係桑拿蝦,食飯就緊係想一次過上曬食得開心d啦。
