就快生日,好姊妹帶我嚟銅鑼灣食法國日本fusion 菜!首先餐廳環境好靚,佈置得好仔細,連個Menu都係一本故事書嘅設計,感覺好浪漫。每一枱客都有專人講解食物嘅特點,真係好貼心!原來餐廳咁夢幻,係因為幾個香港人老闆夢想開間餐廳,為大家帶來夢幻嘅體驗。由於地理位置關係,佢哋選用日本新鮮食材,加上法式料理方式,創造出不一樣嘅體驗。我哋叫咗Set Menu裏面嘅surprise Menu。有兩個餸係Surprise dishes。今次seasonal嘅係西班牙豕肉同鹿兒島和牛A4牛柳,因為肉較多而油份少,加埋海鹽同黑松露煮嘅日本燒汁,可以稱得上係味覺嘅最佳享受。另一個surprise dish 係汁燒雪魚:魚油豐富加埋酸味的汁中和魚油,又係做得好出色!前菜芝士蘑菇撻、刺身級帶子、豆腐牛干菌味噌海膽、松葉蟹配芒果及raspberry 醬,每味餸都令人驚喜十足。波士頓龍蝦慢煮加上芒果,同埋炸過嘅羽衣甘藍加埋啤梨令口感極其豐富。最後食埋個芝麻石頭甜品,真係好滿足!
