To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黑白淡奶今個夏天又搞搞新意思，去指定茶記飲黑白淡奶指定特飲可以儲印仔換禮品。乜都鍾意儲一餐嘅我當然唔會錯過上次嚟珠記無緣試紫冰，今次即試～呢款紫薯紅豆冰夠晒夢幻～只要你唔怕肥，可謂港女至愛！皆因有啖啖紫薯粒，加上甜蜜蜜紅豆粒同滑滑淡奶，口感很好而撈勻後果種淡紫色很夢幻視覺效果一流！惠顧套餐加$8有得試！下午茶餐豬扒飽，豬仔飽夠脆，而豬扒較薄身，勝在夠軟稔唔駛搫大個口，食到無晒儀態份量一般，但飲埋紫冰就肯定夠晒飽！
