平日lunch都會幫襯葵芳Ocio, 夜晚食就少d,所以搵晚同朋友試下食dinner,順便食埋佢個梳孚里pancake。二人點左dinner set,B+B 一個叫半熟帶子明太子意粉,另一個叫左特級牛柳拼虎蝦,松露薯條唔少得,再加杯荔枝沙冰。半熟帶子比起全熟黎得矜貴,全熟帶子可使用雪藏貨,半熟帶子只可用刺身級,睇得出店家用心。明太子醬超級好味,creamy得黎又唔濟!而牛柳處理得唔錯,柯打7成熟都唔算太乾身,切落仲有肉汁Tim! 男友最鐘意荔枝飲品,呢杯荔枝沙冰最岩佢,熱辣辣飲勁爽喎。最後點埋個甜點伯爵茶雪山梳孚里班戟,完全顛覆想像以為係凍食,睇番圖畫人地都畫左係煎pan上啦(笑)。熱梳孚里厚班戟軟淋淋,平時唔鐘意食d好似食風嘅野,梳孚里例外,佢嘅空氣感,蛋香,甜度,加埋伯爵茶source同雪糕,就係perfect March !
