棋哥的飲食哲學當一個人收工果陣,就係最攰又最開心嘅時候。慢步在銅鑼灣,繁華嘅街道上,棋哥的餐牌非常突出。醒起同事講過好好食,於是決定買翻屋企試試。其實等待外賣嘅過程已經係一個享受。係寬敞嘅坐位上,一陣陣燒味嘅香烤味撲鼻而來,大概10分鐘後我就拎咗個外賣。我叫咗個乳豬燒鵝胸飯。歸家路程大約半個鐘,都有擔心個飯會唔會無咁好食。點知翻到去,一打開個飯,仲係熱嘅。我即刻開餐,鵝胸嫩滑多汁,一咬落去,肉汁從舌尖流入喉嚨,鵝皮更加係精髓,皮下薄薄嘅一層脂肪,將適量嘅油份分佈係鵝肉度,再配合温暖入心嘅白飯,口感非常豐富。當食完一啖後,即刻已經想食第二啖。再試埋個乳豬先,脆皮乳豬火喉啱啱好,絕對不會有燒焦薰黑嘅效果,但同時保留倒應有嘅爽脆。最後乳豬都無太喊,頗合大眾口味,值得再試一次。
