To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🌴The Jungle🌴推出左新餐牌⭐️午市套餐只係$88起！有頭盤、主菜及餐飲。我見主菜選擇都幾多，仲有我鍾意食嘅尼泊爾餃子Momo🥟🔸頭盤嘅忌廉露筍湯，入口順滑，有粒粒鮮露荀。🔸 尼泊爾餃子Momo🥟有雞肉、豬肉或芝士口味，我就揀咗雞肉。餃子總共有8隻，可以做一半蒸，一半炸，提供兩款變化。餃子大大粒，肉質鮮味，調味足夠，不過再沾上辣醬🌶️嘅話，更加惹味。🔸 尼泊爾扁豆湯飯Nepali Daal Bhaat(+$10)店員特別向我哋介紹嘅主菜。原來呢一款扁豆湯飯係傳統當地食物。扁豆湯用香料烹調，淋上白飯，配以煎香嘅肉類、炒菜、醃製嘅薑片一齊食，充滿異國風味，為口蕾帶嚟新鮮感！🔸Chocolate Lava Cake 🍫 （+$38）濃濃嘅朱古力流心熱辣辣，蛋糕亦帶有少許Brownies 質感，加上雲呢拿雪糕🍦冷熱交替，甜蜜滋味。🔸New York Cheesecake 🍰 (+$38)芝士蛋糕上有一隻威化蝴蝶🦋賣相可愛。芝士蛋糕軟滑，餅底散發麥片香味，混合士多啤梨糖漿🍓食起上嚟酸酸甜甜，唔會太膩。🔸雖然係尼泊爾餐廳，但係餐飲嘅即磨咖啡一啲都唔馬虎，同咖啡專門店出品一樣香濃☕️
