To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

某日同朋友去左牛頭角附近行街,之後見到呢間叫金飯館既餐廳,個名幾特別咁就同朋友入左去食,呢間餐廳主打係椒鹽豬扒飯,裝潢以白色為主簡潔清晰仲配有幾幅油畫掛牆度,我地叫左一碟椒鹽豬扒飯,呢度所有食物都係即叫即整既,所以要俾15分鐘時間等一等,飯係炒飯底金黃色大大碟,豬扒好大堍,加埋椒鹽同D辣椒絲真係好惹味,炒飯底好香,豬扒入味彈牙,之後我地仲叫左碟蘭王蛋沙爹牛肉飯,蘭王蛋兩個橙王色蛋黃加流心效果,炒飯好有鑊氣,沙爹牛肉好香濃沙爹味,店員親切友善,仲有檸檬茶係用左青檸同黃色檸檬兩種檸檬,小編推介小食係蜜糖雞翼,雞翼比起其他地方既厚肉好多,加埋蜜糖汁熱辣辣即炸,真係好正,外脆內軟。
