旺角夜晚8點幾既街上好多餐廳都收左,經過通菜街見呢間石燒牛仲開緊而且仲幾多人食就決定入去醫肚.雖然都食過1-2次都但呢間牛極就真係第一次食.食過今次,暫時係我食過咁多間既首位😋入去餐廳前有一部自助購牛扒機,先揀左自己想食既種類及部位,然後就會有店員帶你入座.係你等待緊牛扒上既時候就可以去自助區內拎白食,湯,沙律同醬汁. 白飯用上珍珠米,餐廳煮得粒粒分明唔會黏,入口煙煙韌韌.麵噌湯唔會過份重手令到湯底好鹹,入口香得黎濃度又啱啱好.牛肩扒180g,圓圓一塊預先燒到一成熟後放上石燒板上按自已喜好將牛排燒熟.牛肉質十分軟腍得黎又唔會無左肉既咬勁,牛味唔算特別香濃但仍食得到牛香味.牛肩脂肪含量較少所以食落唔會肥膩相對較健康.牛柳200g脹卜卜十分吸引,牛味比牛肩扒更香濃,帶更多牛脂香.肉質嫩滑但相比牛肩扒會多點韌性同嚼口,中間有少少筋.牛柳味香,只要加上基本簡單既調味例如點椒同海鹽已經十分足夠.牛柳上既炸蒜片十分香脆,配上牛柳食更香口滋味.

牛肩扒180g,圓圓一塊預先燒到一成熟後放上石燒板上按自已喜好將牛排燒熟.牛肉質十分軟腍得黎又唔會無左肉既咬勁,牛味唔算特別香濃但仍食得到牛香味.牛肩脂肪含量較少所以食落唔會肥膩相對較健康.
